Kazakhstan Pavilion. Expo 2017 Astana
Expo Astana 2017 has “Future Energy” as its theme. The country hosts a three-month International Exposition starting on June 10, 2017.
The Pavilion of Kazakhstan holds the architectural symbol of the Astana EXPO-2017 Exhibition, which is the central element of the Exhibition Complex: Nur Alem, the world’s largest spherical building with a diameter of 80 and height of 100 meters, which holds the Future Energy Pavilion.
ACCIONA Producciones y Diseño (APD) is the company responsible for the exhibition design and execution of the pavilion. APD selected CYAN to carry out the production of two singular interactive productions for the Pavilion of Kazakhstan:
- Hospitality Wall, screen-printed illustrations that come alive, with synchronized sound effects and fully coloured, when touched.
- Water Table, where visitors acquaint themselves with the history of water-based technology while playing with bubbles and interactive goldfish.
